The important things ;)

  • Quality time is my love language. So any time I have my favorite people with me, I’m one happy lady. Wherever that may be. But it doesn’t hurt if that place happens to be a beach or a concert ;)

  • I am a bit obsessed with true crime shows. If you know any good ones…I probably already watched it.

  • YES YES YES…fight me if you must. It’s amazing. Team pineapple all the way.

  • Can I be both? I will say during sessions and with close friends I am an extrovert. I LOVE having fun chatting with my clients and being with friends. However, the days after long weddings or session weeks I like to recharge at home.

MORE ABOUT ME

More than anything, I desire that everyone who stands in front of my camera feels amazing, empowered, beautiful and comfortable.

Most days I play the best role of my life as a wife and momma of 3 who keep me laughing and busy, very busy!  The best days are those that begin with donuts (give me all the donuts) and evenings eating popcorn snuggled with my family watching a movie. My home life is simple, but it is in those simple moments that I am inspired the most. Embracing and soaking in the small moments of life is important to me. That feeling is translated into how I approach photography.

I want every senior who walks into my studio to feel special, beautiful and proud to be who they are. My hope is for them to look back on their photos whether it is 5, 10, or 15 years from now and remember not only their senior year, but how much fun their senior session experience was.

During weddings I see the big moments, but also the quiet ones. Grandma laughing with her granddaughter, the ring bearer dancing away on the dance floor, moms beaming smile and tears as she watches her little girl walk down the aisle, the look the groom gives his bride as they share in their first dance, these are the moments I strive to capture. I want each couple to look through their album and have all of the emotions come flooding back that they shared on THEIR wedding day. The formalities of a wedding may be the same, but every wedding is unique because it’s made up of thousands of unique moments.
