Welcome to the VIP Team get together:

This a time to meet Erin and get to know each other. We will go over more details on creative shoot dates. Followed by playing some team building/get to know you games, photo station and snacks too. Parent(s) / Guardian are welcome and encouraged to attend.

SESSION OPTIONS

How will we be notified of upcoming events/shoots …

EMAIL:

A few weeks before each upcoming event/creative shoot. Erin will email each VIP along with their parent contact.

GROUP ME TEXT:

You will be added to a group me text app for the duration of our time together. We will use this as a method to communicate upcoming sessions. This will also be used to ask questions and check in along the way.

RSVP:

Please be sure to RSVP to each creative shoot/event. That way we can confirm start time and likely end times for VIPs.

RSVP by text, email, instagram group or group me text.

INSTAGRAM:

f you have instagram, I will be creating a group for 2027 VIPS. This is another form of updates. I know not everyone is active on this platform but it will be posted for those that are.

FAQ

  • No - you are not required to order any additional prints or digitals from your creative /family/friend shoots. However, prints are available to purchase at a exclusive VIP price.

  • From your personal VIP gallery. Once you are logged into your VIP gallery you will see a credit available for the recent creative shoot. Simply click that and add the 5 digital files you wish to have.

  • A digital file is a photo of your choice delivered in a digital format. You have are givep the print rights to, meaning you can print up to size 11x14 without any watermarks. You have permission to print, duplicate, post/share etc with the digital files. We love seeing them shared :)

  • Nope, we know senior year is busy enough and you have a lot of responsibilities. We want you to enjoy this experience without feeling like it’s a job.

    With that being said we LOVE when seniors /families share their images or even fun behind the scenes from our times together. Feel free to share this experience with friends. It’s always appreciated, but never required.

  • Please let me know if you can not attend an upcoming shoot.

    While we wish everyone would be able to attend all the creative sessions, that is usually not possible. We do our best to schedule in advance so that you can coordinate your calender. However, with work/sports it can be hard.

    Unfortunately, if you can not attend a session due to prior commitment, we will hope to see you at the next.

    In studio shoots we usually offer two dates when possible.

    We can not guarantee individual availability for each session.

  • Nope, parents are not required to attend, but always welcome! Typically seniors attend creative shoots and gatherings without a family member.

    However- come along if that makes everyone feel more at ease OR you're their ride. We do ask parents try and attend the welcome meet and greet as well as the official Senior Session. We want you to experience this special time with your daughter.
