Team Headshot Pricing

Team and staff headshots can take place at our studio or in your office. Travel to your workplace, a $100.00 travel and set up fee is charged.

Includes:

  • Photographs in High Resolution, "Internet" Resolution and Email Signature Resolution

  • Unlimited Commercial Usage Rights for print and internet

  • Polished photoshopping so people look their absolute best but still look like them

    Cleaning up stray hair, reducing dark circles under eyes, minimising a double chin, nervous posture correction, removing glare from glasses, toning, removal of skin blemishes such as acne, shaving rash, flaky makeup, skin softening if needed, oily skin, red reduction and even more - we want, you to look your best but look like you and be proud to share with the world.

  • Day of gallery for image selection

Investment- Standard Headshots:

  • Backdrop options (white, grey, navy blue, digital options available) traditional chest up.

  • Time in front of camera per employee 3-5 min

  • 1 final image per person

3-9 People: $95 per person

We recommend allowing 60 minutes of actual shooting time.

10-19 People: $85 per person
We recommend allowing 2 hours of actual shooting time.

20 - 30 People: $70 per person

We recommend allowing 4 hours of actual shooting time.

31-40 People: $60 per person

Larger teams or conference coverage may require a quote to suit your specific requirements.

Enviormental Headshots: ‍

  • Instead of a chest up -up image, it often includes more of the person and their surroundings—like an office, studio, storefront, or outdoor location—to help tell a story about what they do or the space they work. Mix of poses.

  • 2 final images per person

3-9 People: $120 per person

10-19 People: $110 per person
We recommend allowing 2 hours of actual shooting time.

20 - 30 People: $90 per person

New hires can be photographed individually at a later date, and your existing team image can be updated without requiring another full group session.

Content business photography for websites and marketing

These are usually things like photographs in a boardroom, people answering phones, “action” shots of people at work, team meetings, client meetings etc.

We supply these cropped and colour-corrected so you can pass them on to your website designer, social media manager, and marketing team.

    Lighting, posing, and expression are all kept natural and flattering, but the overall style is more classic and consistent rather than storytelling.
